What do we like?

eating

jogging
cycling
spending time with boyfriend, family, and friends
shopping
playing with pets
swimming
cooking
dancing
talking

taking pictures
...
helping others?

?

To do something together, in common

To comfort someone when he's upset.

To help and pay more attention to animals, in particular to endangered with extinction animals

To be kind for your puppets and to remember about them and to make a reflection about those who need a help, due to natural disasters

To do not forget about old or ill people and to be next to them and to bring them hope and happiness that may feel them to forget about their disease or end coming

To rescue somebody, not only from the fire, not animals, but also to help when something bad happens, don't be indifferent

Appreciate help and dedications others people or others work

To help somebody to stand up after fall or from the ruin. It may change someone's opinion and faith about people

To help the children and young to raise up in this difficult time, even if it seems that this is a peace time.
To set as an example and to help them  make  choices and to support them

?

Don't forget that we are the part of this planet and everything what we do have an influence and consequences. We can be divided by many factors, and united by a fact of being humans.

Sometimes helping is not pleasant. Sometimes it's not easy and nice.
But, maybe you will try, even when something will seems to you banal.
Especially during this vacations.
You will do what you like, mostly.
Don't forget to help to someone sometimes.

Father's Day

Hi everyone,
Today some words about FATHERHOOD.
Few days ago, in Poland, we were celebrating Father's Day- 23 of June. This international holiday, in most of cases, falls in second or third  sunday of june, since 1965 (for Poland).
The date and idea of feast have been set by  a Sonory Smart Dodd, daughter of civil war veteran - Wiliam Smart, in 1910 of june. She came up with the idea to comemorate honor and respect for her father, specially that he raised alone her and her five younger sibling after death of their mother.
She proposed 5 of june (her father's birthday) but the city council chose third sunday of june.
In 1966 president Lyndon B. Johnson officially established Father's Day as a national holiday.

Despite the relatively long history, Father's Day does not enjoy such great popularity as Mother's Day, which doesn't change that it's a very good opportunity to express gratitude and respect for ours dads. We should realize that we have a crisis of fatherhood now, which makes role of father more important than anytime.

All of You, who still have fathers alive, tell them that you love them as well as your mothers  because some people don't have this beautiful chance anymore.
Thank you dad.

One of my favorites- tart with goat cheese

TARTS are great culinary proposal for the summer because we can put there everything. We can prepare tart on salty or on sweet, putting there all vegetables or fruits as we want and just  roast it together. Et voilĂ !

Today it's a time to share my secret recipe of tart with goat cheese (which I love love love and recommend it to all of you).
It's tasty, so yummy, it has a specific taste (goat cheese!), either you like it, or you don't at all, because of the goat cheese, but you can choose another cheese as well.
It's healthy and unprocessed.
The only downside is that it's expensive, but this in not the fault of goats, but of others reasons.
I would like to present you......

A tart with goat cheese!

Her's the link to the reciepe  RECEIPE (in polish).

In English reads as follows:

WE need:
A form for the dough and an oven

For the dough:
One and a half cup of flour
Half of stick of butter
1 egg yolk
Pinch of salt

For the stuffing:
Zucchini cut into slices
Chopped onion
1-2 tomatoes, cut into slices
100 g goat's or sheep's cheese
Olive oil
Pepper, salt
1 egg
Half off a cup of low fat sour cream

We knead ingredients on dough, roll it thin and put it into the tart form. We bake it for 15 minutes in 180 degrees. Then, we remove the cake from the oven and we  taught on the pre-baked crust and we teach all  ingredients on it. After, you sprinkle all with shredded cheese.  At the end, we put on lightly beaten egg and season it with pepper and salt. We bake the tart for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees and it's ready!

Bon appetit! :)

a child

Hi everybody!

Referring to the Children's Day I want to say that it will be better if we could stop thinking like adults sometimes.
STOP being serious and gloomy. We could try to be more smirking and more laid, more chill.
More honest and spontaneous. Let's try to be more children and do not forget that we are them anyway.
Using the opportunity, I would like to share with you a photo of godson of my sister who's I am auntie, and I am so happy when I can be next to him and watch him playing, growing and simply existing. He's the best opposite of grimy, sad, mature people who's I'm observe in buses for example.
Just when I have some time I put on my shoes and I go through the forest which leads me directly to the house of my cousin and this little, cute bad boy...  ;)

Please, meet Dominik.
Having a one year old angel.

P.S.
He loves strawberries, so I'm pasting a photo from my garden. As you can see, my strawberries has survived! Bees done their trick! :)
