Halloween VS 1st november

1st of November we were celebrating a Day of All Saints in Christian countries. In Poland, it's the one of the religious feasts and at the same time day off. This christian tradition require the believers to go to the cemetery to visit all their loved ones in order to pray for them. This is a great occasion to organize family reunions, to chat together with those who we don't see so often. On the other hand, it's also a lucrative occasion for traders of flowers and candles.  Some people complain that at November cemetery looks like this:

and by the rest of the year like that:

Is there a grain of truth?

In opposition to this holiday we have Halloween  which is not accepted by the Church. 31 of October people, young and little bit older, disguise as scary creatures using costumes, wandering around from house to house and asking for candies. This Celtic tradition is celebrate in the USA, Canada, Ireland and Great Britain. After Christmas it's the most popular holiday which appeared in Poland since 90s.

How do you think, are those two feasts, All Saint's and Halloween, are they exclusive mutually?
My reflections after this time are that I don' t know actually how to refer to this topic.
Which one do you celebrate?

What's your position?
What's your opinion?
