1% tax

Attention! 
We have tax settlement last minute now!
Have you ever thought how generous you can be?

As you know, or not, we must account for the tax with the end of the month. Have you done it yet? 
If not, this is the deadline.

For example me, I did it and I donated 1% of my tax for the charity this year. 
Every year I look for some new possibilities to give to someone my 1%.

And you? Do you prescribe your 1% of your impose?
If not, I ask you to do it, because you do not lose nothing, even more, you can help!

For  those, who don't know what to do with their 1%, FYI  in Poland you can offer 1% of tax to one of the public benefit organizations (but NOG- no organization gouvernamental, and except political party, so f.ex.: foundations, trade unions, etc.) from the list which was established in 2004, for all taxpayers from natural persons.

DIFFERENT communication STYLES


Inspired by one article during intercultural communication I wanted to summarize this article which i found quite interesting, because it shows influence of many details which have an impact on our interpersonal communication and which we often are not aware, don't care or in other case we can't see them.



Everyone have different style of communication, so, choose yours:

LINEAR- when you speaks precisely and quickly, with logic; people who are circular type might be tiring for you because of their verbosity
advice: be patient, KEEP CALM AND LISTEN

CIRCULAR- when you don't give a point and you give a context to your interlocutor (in other words you don't speak precisely ^^), you speak a lot and long; persons of type linear might be for you too simple and too laconic
advice: ask questions if you can't keep up, try to be more precise

DIRECT- you precise what do you mean exactly, without the context, you seems to be honest and true; persons of indirect type might seem to you as unfair and their behavior seem as they wrap around the bush
advice: try to see beyond the line, consider the metaphorical meaning of words

INDIRECT- you like metaphors and silence, you can be perceived as insincere; direct type might be for you too stolid and unjust
advice: do not feel attacked by direct style, think more about how much your opposite style appreciate direct communication, try to use less metaphores to not make direct style to feel lost in your divagations, just say what you think, without wondering about too much :)

EMOTIONAL- you express your emotions, positive or negative, you don't care, by emotions you feel connected with other people; stolid type is too stolid for you ^^ and chilly, without emotions and interest
advice: ?

STOLID-  you keep your feelings, emotions inside of you, you don't speak them loud; you can perceive emotional type as immature and infantile, without respect for others
advice: ?

CONCRETE- you give examples from real stories, this is your base for abstraction theories, you percieve abstract type as detached from reality and too vague
advice: ?

ABSTRACT/DISCRETE- you love theories, concepts and abstraction, it helps you to understand reality; you percieve concret type as too personal and sophisticated

Everyone Day

Hi!

When I was sitting to write something here I wanted type about types of personality.... But, first I saw the post of Aurelia and I realize that I completely forgot about this day.. I was at university, we had an exam... It's thanks to my boyfriend in the evening that I remined myself that saturday was a Woman's day.

Thus, by using the occasion, 

I wish for all ladies bloggers to celebrate this day more often- let yourselves the pleasures and happiness. Women! appreciate other women- inspired by Aurelia's post, appreciate them in your families, your mothers, sisters, friends, daughters, and grandmothers...

Men! 
- don't forget about your ladies without which the world would be less colorful, happy, catchy and complicated!

Women! 
I don't know if you are conscious, but on the calendar exist the Men's Day too! 10th of March!
Plus the boyfriend day 30th of September. 
The same, women, make to this day Your men, or fathers, brothers, sons, cousins, friends to feel like a Greek god, make him feel deary, brave, male and necessary to live with you! Thank them for their presence, care and confusion that they are doing in our heads, even if they make you angry... For all that they do for us, and what thay don't....

Overcome every day

Hi everybody,

Last time I wrote some words about my routine and I asked you how do you fight it and how does it looks like with you, but I don't have any response so....
I'll write about how to overcome our routine, what I do....Maybe you will find something interesting for you :)

The first point I want to say is that we must find or look for a balance and harmony between this what we MUST/HAVE to do and what we WANT to do really and what we like, love, but very often we don't have any time....



We must work, study, clean, occupy children and home, cook, etc.. But we must also to take a rest and do something what we like, if not, it will lead to madness! 
The most typical excuse is that we don't have time.. And it's truth of course! but remember we're not perfect and nobody can't require it from us, but many do it. 

Let's try do do something for yourself, go for a walk, read a book or article upon something what interests us, take a nap, sit down and take a breath, the world will not end if you rest a moment doing nothing! We should distance ourselves and to others.



FIND YOUR BALANCE

So... I propose some activities to try, for example:

  • meditation, or yoga, who helps to find a harmony and peace, more, it helps to stretch our bodies and calm our minds, to find concentration and emotional stability;
  • some sport (walks, running, cycling, swimming, dance and whatever exist), to improve our physical condition and to loose some pounds, what more, physical exercises discharge stress!;
  • evening, call, conversation, meal, meeting or day spend with your family or friend(s);
  • prepare your favorite dish or drink, sit down and enjoy the taste, it's better than fast food ate in noise;
  • maybe shopping to improve moods of many ladies, or to have SPA evening at home, to take care not only of our spirit but our frame to, to feel better and more confident in every day life;
  • plan your week to avoid forgetting and stress;
  • sometimes only sleep, who's the best medicine for all;
  • summarize your actions on what I did because I had to, what I done because i wanted, and ask yourself if you want to always was?

Collective summary

Referring to the last Malawina's post and a little bit of Magda's, I wanna write about my daily routine and about this how i try to overstep.  Actually, it's also reply for Aurelia's and Liwia's posts ^^


In other words, it's a collective summary about what preoccupies our heads, how do we live, what we do, what we like and love.. Oh dear! We are so thoughtful to reflections girls! :D But it's quite good i think, because...

So, maybe some words about my routine.





I work in the international company (primary work ) and at educational center (as a teacher of french- secondary work), andd I'm a student at University of Poznań during the weekends, so my week looks like this:

I wake up at 5:30 to get out of work at 15:30 and then I have some time to go to the library or do some physical exercises or to meet my boyfriend. 

Fridays are specials because after work nr 1 I go to the work nr 2 for two hours, then to come back home at 7 pm, eat something, take a bathe, and go to sleep, because Bydgoszcz must wake up at 4 to arrive on time. 

And holly Sunday! As once I disliked, Now I love them.. Only day when I can take a rest or catch up something about what I forgot during the week. I just can suggest it to you honestly.  

I hope that you have a one day of rest too, do you?
