Overcome every day

Hi everybody,

Last time I wrote some words about my routine and I asked you how do you fight it and how does it looks like with you, but I don't have any response so....
I'll write about how to overcome our routine, what I do....Maybe you will find something interesting for you :)

The first point I want to say is that we must find or look for a balance and harmony between this what we MUST/HAVE to do and what we WANT to do really and what we like, love, but very often we don't have any time....



We must work, study, clean, occupy children and home, cook, etc.. But we must also to take a rest and do something what we like, if not, it will lead to madness! 
The most typical excuse is that we don't have time.. And it's truth of course! but remember we're not perfect and nobody can't require it from us, but many do it. 

Let's try do do something for yourself, go for a walk, read a book or article upon something what interests us, take a nap, sit down and take a breath, the world will not end if you rest a moment doing nothing! We should distance ourselves and to others.



FIND YOUR BALANCE

So... I propose some activities to try, for example:

  • meditation, or yoga, who helps to find a harmony and peace, more, it helps to stretch our bodies and calm our minds, to find concentration and emotional stability;
  • some sport (walks, running, cycling, swimming, dance and whatever exist), to improve our physical condition and to loose some pounds, what more, physical exercises discharge stress!;
  • evening, call, conversation, meal, meeting or day spend with your family or friend(s);
  • prepare your favorite dish or drink, sit down and enjoy the taste, it's better than fast food ate in noise;
  • maybe shopping to improve moods of many ladies, or to have SPA evening at home, to take care not only of our spirit but our frame to, to feel better and more confident in every day life;
  • plan your week to avoid forgetting and stress;
  • sometimes only sleep, who's the best medicine for all;
  • summarize your actions on what I did because I had to, what I done because i wanted, and ask yourself if you want to always was?

Collective summary

Referring to the last Malawina's post and a little bit of Magda's, I wanna write about my daily routine and about this how i try to overstep.  Actually, it's also reply for Aurelia's and Liwia's posts ^^


In other words, it's a collective summary about what preoccupies our heads, how do we live, what we do, what we like and love.. Oh dear! We are so thoughtful to reflections girls! :D But it's quite good i think, because...

So, maybe some words about my routine.





I work in the international company (primary work ) and at educational center (as a teacher of french- secondary work), andd I'm a student at University of PoznaƄ during the weekends, so my week looks like this:

I wake up at 5:30 to get out of work at 15:30 and then I have some time to go to the library or do some physical exercises or to meet my boyfriend. 

Fridays are specials because after work nr 1 I go to the work nr 2 for two hours, then to come back home at 7 pm, eat something, take a bathe, and go to sleep, because Bydgoszcz must wake up at 4 to arrive on time. 

And holly Sunday! As once I disliked, Now I love them.. Only day when I can take a rest or catch up something about what I forgot during the week. I just can suggest it to you honestly.  

I hope that you have a one day of rest too, do you?

CONFESSION

Hi everybody! How are you?

I've decided a month ago that I will be posting more often but as you can see with no success.
What can I say about this? I feel really sorry, because it is by lack of time. 

In my spare time I should work for my studies, POSTING, learning english, but more often I am practicing yoga or gym. It's not like I don't like working hard but I prefer to do something what I really like and what will keep me in good health or in good shape. So, I'm dancing or cooking. 

Do you cook too? If yes, what exactly? What do you like?  Do you know maroco/french speciality with  couscous - TABOULEH



If you want, you can share with me some intresting recipes? 

But really my goal is to talk you about plastic and to ask you if you turn your attention about to what you buy and how do you utilize it? How do you dispose of plastic garbage?

Happy New Year!


Sorry for not posting for a long time... Now it's gonna change, because we have  New Year 2014 and new resolutios! 

After christmas time and New Year's Eve we should be rested, joyful and full of expectations for next year who's raise our's hopes, those big and small. 

Few minutes ago I visited Aurelias blog and I can just say that I agree with her post about being agreeable and kind for other people, specially for our close and intimates...

Sorry that I'm writing all the time about whishes and resolutios, but I consider this time to be perfect to do that. 

People have very diffrent resolves... Nevertheless we hear often about losing weight, spending less money, stopping smoke or drinking, eating healthy, earning more money, doing driving licence, and so one...

But please, do not forget about spirituality, if I can grasp it like that, spiritual things...

It will be great if we could remember to not loose a head, to stop and to think over ours lives, because we have just one lifetime and I wish for everyone to live one's life the best as one can, to not regret (or regret just a small number of acts or the situations where we done nothing) at the end of lifes path and say I would not change anything, I am not ashamed. 

To sum up,

Intro

For a long time I was thinking how to name my blog and what actually to write about. Finally, I’ve decided that I’ll write about my thoughts, for everyone, concerning my ordinary life. About polish student life, about everything what’s going on around me.
This is a blog for my English lessons, although I study French philology (with literature, culture,…) which I love as a language with its culture and everything that is associated with, but I like English too.                        
So, to refresh my English, I believe it will help me to improve it, including my vocabulary, my style of writing, and others… maybe my communication with other people who are writing the blogs in English too. I think that from students, teachers, and didactics point of view it might be very useful. I hope it’s worth the wing.
Maybe I’ll introduce myself first. My name is Dominika and I live in the north of Poland. The country is located in Central Europe (for those who don’t know where it is, because it’s not obvious for all). I live in a small village which I present on this photo.

It’s near Bydgoszcz, one of the biggest cities in Poland, but not the biggest one ;)

A few words about me…
I’ve finished Teacher Training College and I’m teaching now at Center of Education, I love to do it! Further, I’m working in French company, and at the same time as I said before, I study majoring in French, the 4th year and as you’re supposing I like to visit France every year.
I’m interested in photography, here’s the link http://rachea.digart.pl/ , where you’ll find some photos taken by me. Therefore you can expect a lot of photos ;)
I’m also very much in sport, especially in cycling and running. I try to practice it every day. I think that it’s very important and it has a big impact on our health.
I love cooking too, the French, Polish, Spanish cuisine, but to prepare something really good we need some time.  As you know, nowadays it’s difficult to find an extra time in our already multi-task style of life.
In preparing me for my English course I’ll try also to smuggle some useful expressions in posts and to divide the blog on categories. You can expect my posts to be divided by themes where I will publish the new words or information I’ve learned and to share them with other bloggers who wish to ameliorate their English, as well as me.
Anyway, I’ll try to write this blog every week, and add some posts. I hope to receive some replies or feedback from other bloggers. Who wants to share ideas or posts?J
